Welcome to PiggyStash, a product owned by OINK Digital Pty Ltd. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PiggyStash, including any content, features, functionality and services offered on or through the website (collectively, the “Service”).

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICE. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU SHOULD NOT USE THE SERVICE.

ACCOUNTS

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account login information and for any activities or actions under your account. We encourage you to use a strong password.

You may create a free account on PiggyStash to access our services. However, you must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms of Use or if we suspect fraudulent or illegal activity.

SERVICE SUBSCRIPTION

You may subscribe to our Service by selecting a subscription plan and providing payment information. Payment for the Service will be charged to your account in accordance with your selected subscription plan. You acknowledge that the amount billed may vary due to changes in applicable taxes or other charges, and you authorize us to charge your payment method for such varying amounts.

REFUND POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of our Service. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a refund within three (3) months of upgrading your business subscription. You must provide a reason for the refund request, and you must not have added more than five clients to your business account.

PRIVACY POLICY

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and disclose information about you. By using the Service, you consent to our collection, use and disclosure practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

OWNERSHIP AND USE OF CONTENT

You may not copy, distribute, display, publish, sell, or modify any content on the Service, except as expressly permitted by us in writing.

  7. Use any automated system, including, without limitation, "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," etc., to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to the Service's servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period of time by using a conventional web browser.
  8. Use the Service to transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or any items of a destructive nature.
  9. Impersonate another person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
  10. Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to investigate and prosecute violations of any of the above, to the fullest extent of the law. We may involve and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who violate these Terms of Service.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor do we make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from use of the Service. TERMINATION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
